Nextel Radio/GPS, a Detex-tracking and Reporting system and an administrative staff supporting the security guards in the
field, we work as a vital team to ensure customer service and a quality product.
We are conscious of the impression our company makes through our security officers in the field. Therefore, we ensure that
our staff is professionally uniformed by following state requirements in that each security officer’s uniform includes the
correct company patches and a badge that is numbered and identified as an RCSI Private Security Officer.
We meet the state requirements by supplying workman’s compensation and liability insurance, along with a non-hired/non-owned
vehicle endorsement. We offer health insurance benefits to our full time employees along with vacation time.
We are committed to continuous improvement by utilizing and/or developing the best technology available, along with the
tools, that will enable us to serve our customers with the best that is available.
