Parking Management Program Foot Patrol Services For Commercial Office Buildings/Industrial Sites The security officer can be equipped with a *Detex System. RCSI will install Detex strips at your location. The strip number and location of that strip is read by the computer chip in the Detex wand. The Detex wand stores the information as it generates the monthly report to the customer. Duties Performed By The Security Officer: Makes patrol rounds of the site on foot Locks and unlocks pools, gates, doors etc. Ticketing as specified by the customer Detexes at specific locations while making the patrol rounds (while generating the monthly report) Writes a Daily Activity Report Gate Guard Services Our officers are courteous, professional, and well trained. Our security officers receive on the job training with your assigned Post Commander prior to beginning your gate operations. We provide your community with: A Post Commander Who Is Responsible For: All training and scheduling On site management of your post Covering a shift in the event of an emergency, if necessary Handling all incidents and public relations at your account Monitoring the officers Reporting all issues to the corporate office Courteous, Professional & Experienced Officers: Fully Licensed Officers A full time staff with low turnover An RCSI supplied computer and RCSI’s gate software (These remain the property of RCSI) An RCSI computer that is uploaded with all of the homeowner’s information for each resident prior to beginning gate operations Resident changes are updated via modem from our corporate office only.(The data can only be changed at our corporate office.) We maintain hard copy binders of the resident information database. We aren’t for everyone but we are for the builder that wants to take control and wants a professional service. RCSI is able to service your sites through the various stages of development, from grading to build out. We can supply the security officer with a Detex Laser Read tracking system that generates a report to you each month tracking the movements of the guards while on duty during each shift. The security guard is also equipped with a Nextel/ GPS radio that can be tracked live-on-line 24 hours per day. Nextel Phones with GPS Feature Our security officers are equipped with a Nextel Radio with GPS. An officer can communicate with all other officers within the company and with any other Nextel Radio subscriber by dialing their radio code number. The guard can permanently add their radio code to his Nextel Radio so as to keep the communication open between his radio and the customer. With the GPS feature, RCSI can see the current location of our mobile security guards in the field in real time in an advance mapping display on our computers. Patrol Services Vehicle Patrol Services Delivered Via Dedicated Golf Cart We offer a dedicated, site specific, patrol service delivered via Golf Carts. This service allows the client to receive exclusive, uninterrupted patrol services at their site. The security officer, equipped with Nextel Radio/ GPS or a Detex Wand and a designated Golf Cart assigned to the post, implements the patrol services. The guard can also deliver the Parking Management Program simultaneously. Duties Performed Makes patrol rounds Locks and unlocks of any community property, pools, gates, doors etc. Detexes at specific locations while making the patrol rounds Concentrated Ticketing and Towing as specified by the customer Ticketing Is Performed & Maintained Using Laptop Each golf cart is equipped with a laptop and our parking program software: We update the laptop daily The parking software can query by date, time, vehicle make/color, vehicle license plate number, or vehicle violation When a car receives another ticket, the officer enters the plate number and the citation history which is displayed, allows the security guard to take the necessary action at that time. Parking Management Program Management & Administrative Services: Limited Management Services relating to ticketing, parking and parking violations only (please note that RCSI is not a property management company) Issue all decals, guest permits & hangers from our office Take all calls with regard to the parking program, decal and guest pass requests Respond to homeowner requests with regards to parking issues only Monthly Detex report and tickets, including reports of incidents relating to parking Optional: Extended Ticketing and/or Towing time-fee (fixed fee billed monthly for this service.) This program is accomplished through the use of the Vehicle Patrol/Golf Carts.
