Our Technology
Through the use of the latest technology RCSI is able to deliver a reliable, efficient service. We communicate a dedication to both our clients and our employees by using technology to advance the level of service delivered.
We equip our guards with a Nextel Radio which has Global Positioning
Service (GPS) system installed. An officer can communicate with all
other officers within the company and with any other Nextel Radio
Subscriber by simply dialing their radio code telephone number.
When the guard is carrying the Nextel/GPS radio, he is able to be
tracked live-on-line while on duty. RCSI can see the current location
of our mobile security guards in the field in real time in an advance
mapping display on our computers.
When a site’s restrictions dictates, we can equip the guard
with a DETEX wand, which is a small handheld device which
captures the guards location, time and date and holds the information
to be downloaded at a later time, which in turn generates a report.
The DETEX system is used only when it the site's physical conditions
demand it.
