My Name is Fred. Im living here, in the Paradise island of St Barth since 7 years. Working for worldwide luxury hotels ( Le Meridien Group, Relais & Chateaux... ) and gourmet restaurants ( 2 Michelin stars) during ten years as Maitre D , Barman and Food and Beverage manager (France, Australia, Indonesia, New Caledonia...) Then, i worked for 6 years in a real estate company, taking care of luxury villas and high class customers, all over St Barth. During these years, I never stopped my first occupation: Catering service, working for different villas and yachts all year around for private parties and special events ( Wedding, New Years Eve, Thanksgiving, Bucket Regatta, Private Cocktails...) Today I have decided to open my own company, "FD Management", offering a full villa management, catering arrangement, Personal Assistance, Administrative Aid and rental service.
